Rapidity Is Born
In an amazing stroke of synchronicity Mike Williams and I both decided we needed/wanted a Velocity-like templating tool in Ruby. Even better if it, in fact, maintained full compatibility with Velocity templates (or at least acted as a super-set so that all Velocity templates could be interpreted).
So Rapidity is born. In theory if neither Mike nor myself were employed we could develop 24 hours a day as it turns out he is an Aussie. Hopefully I'll get all moved in soon and can contribute some time to the project (ack, am getting overcommitted again).
